Foot drop: neuropatía periférica que afecta la habilidad del paciente de levantar el pie desde el tobillo imposibilitando la dorsiflexión. A pesar de que esta lesión es un trastorno neuromuscular, puede ser síntoma de una lesión más grave como una compresión nerviosa o una hernia de disco.
El cuerpo lo registra todo pero sus envolturas lo registran a él. La ropa y los zapatos han ido a donde el cuerpo y aunque como objetos no tengan una memoria, lo son en sí mismos. Foot drop: gait abnormality in which the dropping of the forefoot happens due to weakness, irritation or damage of the common fibular nerve. It is usually a symptom of a greater problem like a nerve compression or a herniated disc.
